Theme: Bridging China and Middle East: Explore Challenges and Opportunities in Business Investment and Dispute Resolution

This Seminar is co-hosted by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and South China International Arbitration Center (SCIAHK), scheduled to take place on the February 3, 2026 (Tuesday) from 1:00pm to 5:00pm as part of the RIDW2026. It aims to serve as a high-value platform for deepening China-Middle East business and legal collaboration.

Against the backdrop of growing cross-border investment between China and the Middle East, enterprises face unique challenges in risk management and dispute resolution. This event addresses these critical needs by bringing together a diverse audience: legal representatives from Chinese enterprises, local businesses, prominent arbitrators and partners from top law firms.

Through 3 keynote speeches by distinguished experts—including SCIA leadership, former judicial officials, corporate legal heads and lawyers—and one interactive panel discussion, the event will explore practical strategies for navigating investment hurdles, highlight the role of legal services in facilitating cross-border transactions, and identify opportunities for cooperation in dispute resolution mechanisms.

By fostering dialogue between stakeholders, the event aligns with RIDW26's mission to advance international dispute resolution and promote regional business integration, making it a valuable addition to the RIDW26 program.
