Event Hosting Instructions

Event Details, Agenda and Speakers

All events require approval from the Saudi Conventions and Exhibitions General Authorities (SCEGA). Your request for approval will be submitted on your behalf by the RIDW Team. To ensure an expedited process, please submit all the following items via your RIDW account:

  1. Event Details: A description and agenda of your event, including its objectives, and any unique aspects you would like to highlight. Here are the steps to follow:
    Login to RIDW >> My Account >> Event Hosting>> Manage Event
  2. Speakers Details: kindly provide all the details requested for each speaker. Here are the steps to follow:
    Login to RIDW >> My Account >> Speakers >> Add Speaker

Please populate all the above once they have been finalized. Any changes will void the Approval, and we will need to submit a new application.

The deadline to submit all required information is Friday, 31 October. Meeting this deadline is essential to secure the license for your event. We also have a waiting list of event hosts waiting for participation that will be preparing in parallel.

Event Marketing and Compliance

We would like to bring to your attention a key aspect of our agreed-upon terms and conditions, specifically regarding the promotion of events associated with RIDW26. As outlined in the terms, all event hosts are required to feature the RIDW26 logo in their promotional materials, including but not limited to

  • Printed materials
  • Digital platforms
  • Announcements
  • Press releases

Additionally, the use of the hashtag #RIDW26 is for social media promotion.

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW26), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW26.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW26 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
