Former appellate judge, and an expert in judicial training and preparation of judicial and legal business guidelines. With more than 32 years of experience in judicial and legal work in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain. He enrolled in the judiciary sector until he reached the rank of an appellate judge, during this time his expertise was integrated in the fields of civil and commercial law and arbitration. He worked as well in a number of Arab governmental entities and international organizations, including the UNODC, UNDP and UNSMIL in developing the judiciary and facilitating the access to justice. He served as arbitrator and party representative in a number of arbitration in institutions including ICSID, ICC and SCCA.

Holds a PhD in public international law from Alexandria university, and Diploma of the International Institute of Human Rights, Strasbourg, France.

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW25), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
