Montek is a Partner and Practice Head for Asia and the Middle East at Osborne Partners, based in New Delhi. He has over two decades of expertise in valuation, arbitration, and economic consulting, advising on complex disputes and business challenges across industries such as energy, real estate, TMT, financial services, and aviation.

Previously, Montek was a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he led the Indian practice. He has also served on the board of a robotic surgery joint venture with Intel Capital and as interim CEO of a major travel services company.

A CFA and CVA Charterholder with a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colgate University, Montek specializes in business valuation, intellectual property disputes, shareholder conflicts, private equity investments, and financial modeling. He has developed advanced quantitative models for valuation and forecasting.

Montek has been appointed as an expert witness in over 100 domestic and international arbitrations, testifying 35+ times on claims ranging from USD 5 million to USD 1.5 billion. Recognized globally, he was named a Global Elite Thought Leader in Who’s Who Legal Arbitration Review (2021–2022) and a Thought Leader for India (2023). He has also been featured in the Who’s Who Legal Consulting Experts Guide (2016–2022) for his expertise in 'Quantum of Damages,' cementing his reputation as a leading authority in economic and financial consulting.

  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
