The experts shall explore the state of arbitration in the region and envision its future trajectory. By 2030, the MEASA region can become a global arbitration powerhouse with harmonized laws (by creating or strengthening regional treaties aimed at recognizing and enforcing arbitral awards), world-class institutions and tech-driven solutions. The discussions will focus on the challenges, opportunities and trends that are shaping arbitration in the region and will identify the steps to enhance its overall effectiveness by 2030, for navigating cross border disputes.

  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
