Mr. Abdulrahman Aljohani is a lawyer & Legal Consultant at Majed Alrasheed Law Firm with over Six years of experience in legislative and commercial law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He specializes in corporate laws, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, arbitration, and Tech-law. Throughout his career, he has contributed to several managerial projects related to developing and implementing strategies, building performance indicators, and executing institutional development initiatives.  

Mr. Abdulrahman holds a Master's degree in International commercial Law from the University of Strathclyde and an SASL certificate from the Saudi Bar Association.  

He has held several key positions in leading legal consultancy firms, gaining extensive experience in working with government entities to develop the legislative environment, conduct comparative legal studies, provide recommendations, and contribute to drafting strategic roadmaps.
