Mr. Abdullah is a qualified Saudi Arabian lawyer ranked by both Legal 500 and Chambers. Heading the Band 1 ranked Dispute Resolution team at K&A, he excels in litigation and arbitration cases spanning construction, energy, securities, employment, and corporate issues. Mr. Abdullah holds a law degree from King Saud University and a master's in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University.  His professional journey includes roles as a legal advisor at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and a trainee lawyer at the Law Office of Bander Alnogaithan.

Mr. Abdullah has extensive arbitration and litigation experience, representing various companies. He successfully represented energy companies in construction arbitration cases, international companies in infrastructure projects, and major listed companies in security contracts. In the realm of litigation, Mr. Abdullah has successfully represented various companies in shareholder disputes, construction disputes, and SPA disputes, as well as a major listed company in numerous lawsuits. He also represented a Swedish corporation against a Saudi limited liability company, a Chinese logistics company, a Saudi company, a subcontractor, an international company, a group of international banks, a Saudi listed company, and an investment firm against cases related to an international real estate investment fund.
