Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Alajlan

Dr. Abdullah M. Alajlan is licensed by the Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). He has extensive experience in the fields of litigation and arbitration, especially in matters related to commercial disputes, real estate, contracting, and banking. 

With 11 years as a judge at the Ministry of Justice in the public judiciary field in various Saudi cities, including Riyadh, Diriyah, and AlAhsa. Dr. Alajlan is also a Fellow of the British Royal Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), as well as a member of the lists of accredited arbitrators and mediators at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, and an accredited arbitrator at the Commercial Court of Appeal. He is also chairman of and member to several arbitration panels.

Dr. Alajlan is also a licensed notary, real estate registrar, bankruptcy trustee, as well as bankruptcy expert in the field of law and represents a number of local and international companies as well as some of the government agencies.

His academic qualifications include a PhD and master's in Shari'ah Policy (Laws’ Division), Higher Institute of Law, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, with an excellent grade with honors. He has also contributed to judicial training. Dr. Alajlan has provided legal representation in diverse cases, from real estate disputes to financial and resolutions of securities disputes matters.
