The Countdown Has Begun for the Launch of Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025

Riyadh: February 19, 2025
Riyadh is set to host the second edition of the Riyadh International Disputes Week (RIDW25), organized by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). This prominent international event will bring together a distinguished group of legal and arbitration experts, thought leaders, and key global organizations. Scheduled to take place from February 23 to 27, 2025, the event aims to foster international dialogue and knowledge exchange on the latest developments in the commercial dispute resolution industry.
The second edition is expected to feature a rich lineup of 86 in-person events in Riyadh, focusing on commercial dispute resolution. These events will address key topics such as managing international business relations, legal reforms, commercial strategies, and highlighting innovative solutions to support the business environment and stimulate investments.
RIDW25 will feature 466 speakers, organized by 78 entities, and supported by 26 government and non-profit organizations relevant to the industry, both within the Kingdom and internationally. To date, over 3,500 participants from 78 countries around the world have registered for the events.
RIDW25 is a key step in enhancing Saudi Arabia's leadership in law and arbitration, reflecting its commitment to creating a sustainable and attractive legal environment. The event supports Vision 2030 by developing local competencies, fostering knowledge exchange among experts, and strengthening local and international partnerships. It also highlights Saudi Arabia's investment in the dispute resolution industry as a driver of economic growth and business facilitation.
Arbitration serves as a powerful tool for resolving commercial and civil disputes, fostering trust in the Kingdom’s legal system and investment climate. This event takes place at a pivotal moment when Saudi Arabia is rapidly advancing as a regional and global destination for investment and business. As such, RIDW25 seeks to highlight best practices and innovative solutions that drive the realization of these objectives.
SCCA invites all those interested in law and dispute resolution to attend this prestigious international event by registering through the official website, (www.RIDW.org). Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in RIDW25’s events and network with leading international experts.
This year’s edition of the RIDW builds on the success of its inaugural event, which saw significant international participation.
