By request Free

Organised by McNair International, this session on “Asset Tracing and Investigation for Disputes: Key Issues” will offer attendees an unprecedented insight into the impact proper asset tracing and investigations can have on successful dispute resolution, and the legal and practical issues that can arise.

Ian Casewell (Mintz Group) will offer attendees an in-depth insight into the practical steps investigators can take to effectively ‘map’ a counterparty’s asset position. David Hunt (Boies Schiller Flexner) will explain how interim measures available in many countries are deployed to enhance the prospects of real recovery after obtaining a favourable arbitration award. Khawar Qureshi KC (McNair International) will give a lead counsel’s perspective on how such matters are argued before courts and tribunals, and the particular difficulties that can arise on enforcement of judgments and awards.

The session will end with a Q&A opportunity moderated by Dr. Mujahed Al-Sawwaf (Law Offices of Dr. Mujahed Al-Sawwaf), one of the leading disputes lawyers in Saudi Arabia.
