Businesses across the globe have continued to show a preference for international commercial arbitration in resolving their cross-border disputes. It is estimated that over 90% of all international commercial contracts contain arbitration agreements on a standalone basis or in conjunction with other alternative dispute resolution provisions. In recent years, there has been a drive in the international arbitration community to further diversify the pool of professionals who work in international arbitration (arbitrators and counsel alike). Following on from 2024’s successful panel discussion focussing on Diversity in the Disputes landscape in KSA and beyond this years panel discussion will delve deeper in the key issues on the horizon and the evolution of the landscape over the past 12 months.
