The panel session will delve into the intricacies of enforcing judgments in Saudi Arabia, a process governed by the Saudi Enforcement Law and its Executive Regulations. Participants will gain insights into the enforcement mechanisms, such as the Execution Court's role and the conditions required for obtaining an execution order.

A comparative analysis will then be presented, contrasting Saudi Arabia's legal market with other key Middle Eastern legal jurisdictions including the Republic of Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, and the State of Qatar. The discussion will cover enforcement measures applicable to both onshore and freezone jurisdictions. Furthermore, we will explore the impact of international law and its interplay with domestic regulations to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape.

Participants will leave with a comprehensive understanding of the enforcement landscape in Saudi Arabia and its position within the broader Middle Eastern legal market.

Note: Panelists will include both English and Arabic speakers.  Written materials will be available in English, Arabic and Mandarin.
