It will also highlight how legal, technical, and financial insights (including the growing role of third-party funding) can be used to test the strength of potential claims, manage costs, and anticipate challenges before any filing.
The panel will then consider how parties can move from early planning to managing formal proceedings when required, with a focus on maintaining efficiency, controlling costs, and keeping a clear strategic direction throughout the dispute process in the Saudi context.
