PANEL 2 - Saudi Arabia’s Civil Transactions Law: Two Years On and Taking Shape

The Civil Transactions Law (CTL), which came into force in December 2023, marked a landmark development in Saudi Arabia’s legal framework.  Two years later, its real-world impact is no longer theoretical—it is being tested, interpreted, and refined in practice across the Kingdom. 

 

This panel will bring together perspectives from practice and thought leadership to examine how the CTL is taking shape as it enters its third year in force.

Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW26 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible.
