Biography

Zeyad Khoshaim is the Managing Partner of K&A and one of Saudi Arabia’s leading legal practitioners. Qualified in New York, California, Washington D.C., and Saudi Arabia, he has more than 20 years of experience advising on complex disputes, arbitration, and landmark transactions. Zeyad regularly acts as counsel, arbitrator, and expert witness in high-value shareholder, construction, commercial, financing, technology, and capital markets disputes. He has extensive experience in arbitrations seated in Saudi Arabia and internationally, applying both Shari’ah principles and statutory frameworks. He is a Member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), a founding board member of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), and on the Court of Arbitration of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW27 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW27 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW27 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW27 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
