Ms. Yang has devoted her focus to international commercial arbitration as well as cross-border litigation for years. She has particular expertise in handling complex matters involving multiple jurisdictions. She has advised both domestic and foreign clients in a broad range of sectors such as real estate, construction, IT, biotechnology, hi-tech, and automobiles in proceedings conducted at the ICSID, PCA, ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, CIEATC, BAC and different levels of domestic courts including the Supreme People’s Court of China.

 

Ms. Yang is ranked by Chambers & Partners in its Global Guide and Greater China Region Guide in the field of arbitration. Chambers & Partners highlights that Ms. Yang “has a very good understanding of clients’ needs, and is very good with striking a balance of the case and taking care of the clients’ interest at the same time”.
