Dr. Umar A. Oseni is the Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Arbitration Centre. Previously, Dr. Umar A. Oseni was the Chief Executive Officer of the International Islamic Liquidity Management Corporation (IILM), a multilateral financial organization. He was also the Executive Director (Legal and Compliance) and Acting Chief Executive Officer of the IILM.

Dr. Umar is a member of the Financial Regulation Advisory Council of Experts (FRACE) of the Central Bank of Nigeria.  He is also a member of the Governance and Ethics Board of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI).

  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
