Tomas specialises in international disputes, asset-tracing and set-aside/enforcement globally.

Tomas helps corporates and financial sponsors across all sectors in commercial, fraud, post-investment and joint venture disputes including the challenges of successfully exercising put or call options. He is sensitive to the expectations of sovereign fund, private equity/debt and family office clients. 

In the energy sector, his work has covered a wide range of upstream, trading (LNG, oil products and other commodities) and power purchase issues, as well as difficulties post-investment in renewables projects and platforms.

His recent matters have involved parties and assets across the Middle East, PRC, Indonesia, India and the Philippines. Tomas regularly acts as both advocate and arbitrator. As well as arbitrations (SIAC, DIAC, ICC, ICSID, HKIAC, LCIA and CIETAC), he assists clients with injunctions, set aside/enforcement and asset recovery strategies around the world.

  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
