Sultan Al-Mutairi is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice in Dentons' Riyadh office. Specializing in dispute resolution with a robust three-year background, he has successfully navigated a wide spectrum of regional and international litigation and arbitration cases.

Sultan has a track record of representing clients across various tiers of the Saudi judicial system, from initial proceedings in the Saudi courts to appeals and submissions before the supreme courts. His proficiency extends across multiple court types, including general courts, commercial courts, and labor courts, as well as handling matters within the Saudi Board of Grievances.

In addition to litigation, Sultan has offered insightful counsel to clients on various legal issues, encompassing Shari'a, commercial and labor disputes. He possesses extensive expertise in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration, proficiently managing local and international disputes. Notably, he is experienced in enforcement of foreign awards and judgments within the Saudi Arabian jurisdiction. He is well versed in the procedural rules and applications of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).

Sultan's focus extends beyond litigation, as he has adeptly negotiated contracting terms on behalf of clients. He has also taken charge of drafting and reviewing service contracts, lease agreements, construction and design contracts, and terms and conditions for client purchase orders.
