An International ADR Expert with over twenty years experience handling high value and complex disputes, conflicts and cross-cultural situations as accredited Mediator, Arbitrator, ADR Counsel, Negotiator and Trainer, as well as being an Attorney-at-Law handling both litigation and transactions, and empanelled on a number of ADR rosters globally. 

Relevant areas include: Agro/pharmaceuticals; Aircraft repossession, Aircraft lease, finance and maintenance; Banking; Commercial; Construction; Franchises; Hospitality; Joint ventures; Real estate, including resort hotels, sale, purchase and development; Shareholder disputes; Professional/medical negligence; Quasi criminal and Conflict zone resolution.

A dual citizenship of Jamaica and Germany, and since 2013 a resident of the U.A.E.  Has served as a director on boards of directors and as legal advisor of both private and public entities/non governmental organisations in various industries including, hospitality, regional air charter, residential development, environmental protection and marine habitat sustainability.  In addition to which he is also personally a principal shareholder in a number of entities between Jamaica and the U.A.E., all of the above underscoring international multi-cultural exposure, commercial acumen and corporate governance credentials, and confirming an extensive and excellent capacity for complex mediation.

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW25), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
