• Licensed lawyer received his Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Law (Shariah) from Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh and holds an LLM degree in from Indiana–Purdue University in the United States.

• International law firms experience and worked as a managing partner and head of the litigation and arbitration department in the Kingdome in a major international law firm in the kingdom.

• Represented large local and international companies in complex Commercial, Real-estate disputes before several Courts and Arbitration.

• Accredited Arbitrator by the Saudi Commercial Arbitration Center.

• A specialist in commercial arbitration including being an arbitrator and representative. Appointed as an arbitrator in various cases by Saudi Appeal Courts and Arbitration Centers.

• Participated in the establishment of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration and participated in drafting the SCCA Arbitration Rules.

• Represented the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia before the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
