Ron leads the Middle East Construction, Engineering, and Infrastructure Disputes team, offering over three decades of experience to developers and contractors worldwide.

 

His expertise spans key sectors including airports, infrastructure, oil and gas, rail, roads, ports, sports and leisure, utilities, process plants, waste and mixed use developments.

 

Ron provides comprehensive support across all major procurement forms, including EPC, EPIC, and PPP, and is adept with all of the principle contract forms including FIDIC, NEC, ICE and IChemE. His practice covers real-time project management and dispute avoidance and resolution, including ADR, arbitration and litigation, ensuring clients are well-prepared for any challenge.   • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW27 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW27 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
