Experienced legal professional with a diverse background in judiciary, arbitration, mediation, and legal training. I have had the privilege of serving as a Judge, Arbitrator, Mediator, and Director of a Judicial and Legal Training Center in Bahrain, alongside my roles as a university professor and legal specialist. These experiences have shaped my expertise in legal analysis, strategic advisory, and professional training, allowing me to contribute to the legal field’s development and mentor the next generation of legal professionals.

I believe that law is not just about rules, it’s a powerful tool for positive impact. My approach focuses on simplifying complex legal concepts, delivering research-driven solutions, and fostering a legal environment that is both efficient and innovative. By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW25), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
