Reina joined Z&Co. in 2024, having come from a strong private practice and in-house background. ​

Her in-house experience includes acting as General Counsel for a construction company, with particular expertise in management and resolution of construction disputes, commercial issues and major contracts on large projects (e.g. the new Riyadh Metro project), as well as legal, compliance and commercial risk management in operations and procurement for major / high-profile projects.​

In private practice, she has worked in KSA and Dubai in successfully advising major clients and regional conglomerates on various commercial and corporate matters, including in relation to: structuring and market entry; joint ventures; M&A; ESG transformation; corporate governance; compliance, optimisation of commercial and operational structures and agreements; and procurement for mega / giga projects in the region. Clients have referred to Reina as “integral” to the successful completion of their projects.​

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW25), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.

The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible.   • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
