Paola Kattar has over 20 years’ experience in construction and law.   

Graduated from law school in 2000 and called to the Law Bar of Beirut where she practiced as a litigation and corporate lawyer with international law firms. She relocated to Qatar in 2008 with Hill International Project Management Group and obtained a wealth of construction and project management experience while working as Contracts Manager on landmark projects in Doha.

She transferred to Hill International Claims Group (currently HKA) in 2014 where she assumed the role of Senior Claims Consultant and handled  construction contracts and claims preparation and management in addition to participating in dispute avoidance and Arbitration proceedings and has successfully led to awards in favor of HKA clients.

 

She joined KEO International Consultants in June 2019, based in Qatar, as the Legal Manager for all KEO offices and subsidiaries in the GCC.

 

Since June 2019, she exercises the day to day contractual, corporate, and legal management for all KEO divisions, liaises with Authorities and external consultants, while managing, preparing and analyzing contracts, procedures and claims for KEO and KEO clients.

​Her interpersonal and negotiations skills have led to successful negotiations and closure of major contracts and claims for KEO.
