Nitesh Jain is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Trilegal. His practice focuses on court litigation, international and domestic commercial arbitrations, white-collar crimes practice and insolvency matters. He has extensive experience of litigating before Indian courts, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, trial courts, tribunals, and regulatory and quasi-judicial commissions. He regularly represents clients before ad-hoc and major arbitration institutions.

He has significant experience working on complex commercial and transactional disputes, building and executing an overall disputes resolution strategy. He has represented large conglomerates, banking and financial institutions, private equity funds, foreign investors, Indian and multinational corporations, including listed companies and other clients, on a wide range of domestic and cross-border disputes. His expertise includes representing clients and advising on shareholder disputes, commercial enforcement proceedings, international commercial arbitrations, contractual disputes, construction and EPC disputes, government policies and administrative law, disputes involving media law, insurance disputes, class actions, banking and finance disputes, banking fraud, insolvency, anti-money laundering law, white-collar crimes, investigations by authorities, and defamation.

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW25), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
