Nick is a dispute resolution partner in HFW’s Dubai office, and has worked in the UAE since 2012. He has a broad commercial disputes practice with a focus on fraud and insolvency, as well as shareholder and joint venture disputes.

Nick Braganza is based in the Dubai office and is also working closely with the BVI office.

He has significant experience litigating in the DIFC, ADGM and UAE onshore Courts, as well as major arbitral venues in the UAE and internationally. In addition, Nick has experience in advising on white collar crime matters and conducting internal and regulatory investigations in the Middle East. Nick has advised clients and conducted investigations on a range of topics including cases of theft and fraud, bribery and corruption, defrauding government authorities, antitrust infringements, sanctions breaches, and money laundering.

Nick has also expertise in the enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitration awards in jurisdictions in the Middle East, especially in the developing jurisdiction of the DIFC, in which he has acted in a number of the leading landmark cases.
