Kim Beng is an experienced counsel in International Arbitration with a specialist practice in Construction & Projects.

He has represented clients at all levels of the Supreme Court of Singapore and led in international arbitration proceedings conducted under the arbitration rules of the leading institutions.

He is a recognised practitioner in various publications, including Chambers Asia Pacific, Who’s Who Legal, IFLR 1000, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Best Lawyers.

He is a Senior Accredited Specialist in Building and Construction Law, a recognition accorded by the Singapore Academy of Law for professional excellence in the area of practice. 

He is the current co-chairman of the Building and Construction Law Committee of the Law Society of Singapore.  He is also a member of the Construction Adjudicator Accreditation Committee of the Singapore Mediation Centre.

  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
