Nesreen is a Partner at Pinsent Masons with 17 years’ disputes experience specialising in construction and engineering disputes.  Nesreen has practiced in the Middle East region for 10 years working on projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other jurisdictions in the region. She acts on behalf of employers, main contractors, subcontractors from various parts of the world including the GCC, Europe and Asia.  She has extensive experience in complex, high value international arbitration in the infrastructure and energy sectors. A significant portion of Nesreen’s time is also spent advising clients on managing risks during the project as well as negotiations and ADR (including mediation and expert determination). Nesreen has been ranked as a Next Generation Partner for the last 3 years in the Legal 500 EMEA rankings for UAE Construction. Nesreen also sits as an arbitrator and is a member of the Board of Directors ArbitralWomen.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
