Ned Othman is the Chief Legal Officer at Vision International Investment Company (Vision Invest), a leading Saudi Arabian infrastructure development and investment holding company at the forefront of Public and Private Sector Partnerships in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Practicing in the region since 2009, Mr. Othman is a distinguished international legal advisor with extensive experience in complex business and financial transactions.

Before joining Vision Invest, Mr. Othman served as Managing Director and Chief Governance Officer at one of Saudi Arabia's largest capital markets institutions. There, he established best practices, rigorous controls, and disciplined internal reporting structures across all business units. He has also practiced law at several global law firms, providing counsel to financial institutions, business clients, investment firms and high-net-worth individuals.

Ned Othman is a GCC/Board Directors Institute Certified Board Director and holds a Saudi Capital Markets Authority General Securities Qualification Certificate (CME-1). He earned degrees from the University of Michigan School of Economics and the University of Michigan School of Law in the United States and is licensed to practice law in New York and Illinois. Mr. Othman frequently lectures on corporate governance and transparency issues in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
