Nasir Khan is an engineer, chartered quantity surveyor, chartered procurement specialist, and an expert in construction law claims advisory and dispute resolution. Nasir is an internationally experienced quantum expert witness and has been instructed on over 20 occasions. He uses his diverse experience in the construction, engineering, and infrastructure industries to prepare, analyse, and submit expert witness reports and in the preparation and defence of contractual claims. He helps clients understand their risks and avoid and resolve disputes. His technical, legal, and commercial knowledge puts him ahead in avoiding and resolving major causes of disputes.

Nasir is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Chartered Instituition of Civil Engineering Surveyors, and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. He is also a Professional Engineer. Nasir is the current chair of the UK Construction Industry Council (CIC) Liability Panel and founding Director and Vice Chair of the CIArb Pakistan Branch. Nasir serves as a faculty member for arbitration and mediation for the RICS and CIArb.

He co-founded Muslims in Rail - a community interest company, sits on various charitable advisory boards, and was awarded an MBE for his services to equality, diversity, and inclusion by Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
