Siri is specialised as a maritime and insurance lawyer for more than twenty years. He has extensive experience in handling maritime claims settlement and negotiations. Siri has solid experience in advising and assisting shipowners, charterers, insurance companies, traders and P&I clubs in all disputes resolution proceeding before courts and arbitration.
Siri worked for several years as a maritime legal consultant for the largest shipping group in Jordan (shipowners, charterers, ship agents and shipping lines agents) beside other large raw material exporting companies such as Arab Potash Company. He worked for 11 years at Al Tamimi & Company law firm as senior associate in the Transport and Insurance department. During this period he worked for one year and six months in Amman office, eight years in Dubai office and one year and six months in Al khobar office in KSA.
He is experienced in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious transport and insurance related matters. His experience extends to legal proceedings including London arbitration under LMAA rules and in preparing vessel sale and purchase contracts, registry and insurance. He also has knowledge in drafting and analysing carriage of goods (by sea and land) contracts including all types of charterparties.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
