Co-Arbitrator in several ad-hoc international arbitrations held in Zurich, Geneva, London, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Oman, and Egypt under the auspices of ICC, LCIA, CRCICA, UNCITRAL, and Omani Arbitration Law for disputes in construction, commercial agencies, electromechanical, joint ventures, and industry.

Extensive experience in FIDIC formulation and claims, and has drafted and reviewed a remarkable volume of international contracts of construction, trade, and industrial international entities which belong to various legal systems including, but not limited to, U.S.A, England, Ireland, France, Germany, Turkey, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Japan, Korea, Russia, India, and Arab countries.
