Dr. Meshal is the Chairman of the firm. Dr. Meshal is US-educated and licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Justice. His practice concentrates primarily on all forms of disputes (litigation, arbitration and mediation) and Islamic law matters. Dr. Meshal actively represent banks, real estate developers, contractors, retailers, local agents, foreign principals, and multinational companies operating in various industries in commercial disputes in front of the Board of Grievances, Execution Courts, SAMA Committee, CMA Committee, Labor Dispute Committees, Commercial Court, to name a few, as well as handling arbitration matters.

Dr. Meshal has been successfully involved on major litigation transactions in Saudi Arabia representing some of the leading companies and corporations in their respective sectors.  He is accustomed to providing comprehensive advice and representation on contentious matters involving courts of all levels. By way of example, he successfully handled matters before the Commercial Court where damages sought were in the hundreds of millions of Saudi Riyals and before arbitration committees on disputes where damages claimed were also in the hundreds of millions of Saudi Riyals.

Dr. Meshal obtained his Juris Doctor degree and Masters of Law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in Indiana, with his Bachelor of Law from King Saud University.
