Kunal Vajani is the Joint Managing Partner of Fox & Mandal and also a Director of Fox and Mandal Consultancy Solutions Private Limited. Kunal also holds the distinction of being a former Court Member [India] – ICC International Court of Arbitration, Paris.

Kunal is also qualified as a Solicitor, Supreme Court of England & Wales and registered practitioner holding Rights of Audience before the DIFC Courts, Dubai.

Along with specialising in litigation and arbitration with his practice ranging across a wide spectrum of civil, criminal and company matters, Kunal is widely acknowledged for advising on many first-of-its-kind investments, capital market transactions, restructurings transactions [domestic and international], complex issues faced by multi-generational business families / family offices in relation to succession planning, real estate, tax planning and philanthropy issues.

Kunal has represented clients [private & sovereign] in various leading matters relating to a diverse set of laws. Kunal has also often advised government authorities and corporations in highly classified matters.

Armed with vast experience as a Counsel in many landmark arbitrations, Kunal is now regularly appointed as an arbitrator in institutional / ad-hoc domestic as well as international commercial arbitrations.

  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
