Khaled is the Chief Legal Counsel of Qatar international Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA) where he also serves as the Registrar of the Center. Khaled previously served as the Head of the Legal Department for leading construction companies in Qatar. Over the past 17 years, he has also worked as in-house counsel and lawyer for various financial institutions, companies, and contractors, handling significant construction and commercial disputes across Qatar and Egypt.

Khaled has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts, as well as developing and refining construction project claims, including disruption and prolongation claims.

He has been actively involved in preparing construction contracts for multi-million-dollar projects in the State of Qatar, such as construction agreements, subcontract agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, facility management agreements, financing agreements, and sale and purchase agreements (SPAs). This comprehensive expertise has further enhanced his proficiency in managing dispute resolution proceedings before arbitral tribunals, arbitration institutions, and State Courts.
