Dr. Hamid Harasani is the Managing Partner of Harasani & Alkhamees Law Firm, Jeddah Office. He is a Saudi lawyer, with local and international experience, holds a PhD degree in the field of Waqf and trusts law from King’s College in London, a master’s degree in contract law from McGill University, and a bachelor’s degree in Sharia from the Islamic University of Madinah. Dr. Hamid specializes in litigation, international transactions, endowments, wealth management, commercial law, and labour law. He has many publications, the most prominent of which is a book titled: Toward the Reform of Private Waqfs: A Comparative Study of Islamic Waqfs and English Trusts (Brill, 2015)

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW25), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
