Faisal Daudpota is a experienced lawyer with over 26 years of practice, working across Karachi and Dubai. He is admitted to the High Courts of Pakistan and the DIFC Courts in Dubai, bringing a unique blend of regional and international expertise.

Specializing in transactional and contentious matters, his practice areas span franchising, intellectual property, technology, telecommunications, data protection, competition, international trade, and investment. Mr. Daudpota has advised clients on complex disputes and managed litigation in over 27 countries, including high-profile cases involving joint venture breaches, trademark disputes, and domain name arbitrations.

He holds an LLM from King’s College London and has been seconded as Regional Legal Counsel for Nokia Siemens Networks, overseeing telecom contracts across the MENA region. His advisory work includes negotiating major contracts with telecom giants such as Etisalat, STC, and Vodafone, emphasizing risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution.

An active member of global legal bodies, including the Inter-Pacific Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee, Mr. Daudpota has contributed to policy reform, advocating for stronger ADR frameworks to support cross-border investments.
