Mr. Emad Zahrani is a Saudi-qualified lawyer who leads the dispute resolution practice at Mahassni. Over his decade long career, Emad has worked on numerous cases some of which are high profile commercial transactions and mega government projects. Owing to the major pushes for progressive infrastructure, especially under the Kingdom’s 2030 program, a large part of Emad’s practice is dealing with construction disputes. He has previously also been part of the Mecca Metro Project, Joint Aviation Fuel Terminal Organization, the Jeddah Islamic Port and the King Abdullah Economic City projects at various stages.

In his career, Emad has represented clients in proceedings in front of almost all Saudi courts: the commercial courts, general courts, board of grievance courts, insurance dispute committee, and various other committees under the various ministries/ agencies in the Kingdom. Emad has been particularly noted for his expertise in Shari’ah law and has often been noted in Legal 500 for his professional conduct and successes.
