Saleh Al-Amer is the Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Commercial Law at Saudi Aramco. Saleh is a US-licensed, bilingual legal counsel. He oversees the General, Upstream, and Downstream Corporate & Commercial Law Departments, which are responsible for commercial contracts, maritime, sales and trading, dispute settlements, and general corporate law advice including post-development corporate issues.
