Dr. Faris Al Garni

He held several positions in the fields of law and administration. He served as the Head of the Law Department at the Saudi Electronic University and was then appointed as the Dean of Graduate Studies at the same.

Subsequently, He held the position of General Director of the Judicial Training Center at the Ministry of Justice. He also worked as an Associate Professor in the Law Department at the Saudi Electronic University.

He became an advisor of Regulatory affairs at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, in addition to this role as an advisor for Governance and Public Policy at the same authority.
Furthermore, he has been served as an advisor to the Minister of Investment for Special Economic Zones, and as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Arab Mediation Center. He also served as a member of the Special Economic Zone Legislation Committee at the Special Economic Cities and Zones Authority, and a member of the Investment deputies Committee at the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Lastly, He held the position of Assistant Deputy of Policies and Legislation Development deputyship at the Ministry of Investment.
