Crystal Tan is Divisional Registrar of the Singapore International Commercial Court Registry and concurrently designated as a District Judge in the Supreme Court of Singapore. She adjudicates matters in the areas of banking and finance, complex commercial claims and building and construction. Crystal commenced her career as a Justices’ Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Singapore. Prior to her appointment with the Supreme Court, her last appointment was as Deputy Director of the Policy Advisory Division at the Ministry of Law, where her portfolio entailed working on the legal aspects of policy formulation and implementation as well as law reform. She also held a concurrent designation as Deputy Registrar at the Legal Services Regulatory Authority. Crystal has served on the adjunct faculty of the Singapore Management University Yong Pung How School of Law.

  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
