Amr Hossam is a Senior Legal Consultant and the head of the Arbitration practice at the firm. His areas of specialisation include construction and engineering, commercial, technology, public property, public procurement, corporate, intellectual property rights, and sales of goods. Amr serves as an arbitrator, legal expert, and lead counsel in proceedings brought before the ICC, UNCITRAL, QICCA, PCA and FIDIC DABs, representing both private clients and state entities in a wide range of disputes involving claims related to delays and impacts, change orders, changed-site conditions, force majeure events, insurance and bonding claims, inspection and supervision issues, defective quality claims, contract account collection, public property and administrative law matters, corporate insolvency, and disputes over contractual interpretation.

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW25), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
