Aliyah is currently Associate Counsel at SABIC (Saudi Basic Industries Corporation) and has extensive experience at leading organisations including Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group and the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNG-HA). She holds a dual-accredited Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in International Commercial Law, with a focus on International Banking Law and Financial Regulation, from the University of Reading and the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) Centre. Additionally, she earned an Associate Certificate in Emerging Leadership from Henley Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University. In her role at SABIC, where she has been part of their in-house legal team for over three years, she led and represented SABIC and its affiliates on various transactions and provides support across the organisation. She is also a part of the SABIC Female Network (SHE), with an objective of making SABIC the preferred brand for women in the chemicals industry.
