Founder and the Senior Lawyer of Ali Al Aradi Attorneys & Legal Consultants in the Kingdom of Bahrain, he is a Mediator, Arbitrator and Lawyer licensed before the Court of Cassation and Constitutional Court of Bahrain, with over 27 years’ experience in the fields of Legal, ADR, Parliamentary affairs, Diplomacy, Politics, Leadership & Governmental affairs.

Specializing in numerous areas of law inter alia construction, contracts, labour, commercial, IP, real estate, ADR, litigation, and data protection law, he has been appointed arbitrator before the courts in numerous cases, and a certified trainer in mediation, arbitration & negotiation.

Holder of executive and advisory roles for legislative, commercial, semi-governmental and governmental organisations, he is currently a member of the Shura Council (Bahrain); Deputy Chairman, Board of Trustees, King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence; Board of Trustees, Isa Award for Services to Humanity; Advisory Committee, Supreme Council for the Gulf Corporation Council; and member, Arab Parliament.

A former Diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Bahrain), former First Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives (Bahrain), former advisor for the Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs, Minister of Culture and Information, and current member of several local, regional & international organizations, inter alia UN agencies, Inter-Parliamentary Union, Arbitration, Mediation, Humanitarian, and Human Rights organizations.

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW25), you agree to the following terms:
