Alex Kelsall is a Partner in DWF's Qatar office with extensive experience of handling a wide range of disputes at all stages of proceedings.  He represents contractors, construction professionals, and insurers in both the UK and the MENA region.  With a robust background in international arbitration, Alex has successfully acted for contractors under the arbitration rules of the ICC, LCIA, and QICCA, and is currently representing numerous clients in construction arbitrations across a number of sectors in various centres. Alex also possesses significant insurance experience. He has worked extensively for insurers across property, energy, and construction lines in both the UK and the Middle East.  His expertise includes acting for construction professionals and their insurers in insurance policy coverage disputes, property damage, and professional negligence claims. Presently, Alex is advising on several high-value, complex insurance policy coverage cases in Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (in collaboration with DWF's Dubai office). He is admitted to the roll of solicitors in England & Wales.
