Ahmad is a civil engineer with a career drifted to the legal commercial disputes in construction projects and commercial contracts over the past 13 years. He has been the head of the contractual and legal department in BFIM for the past 7 years, and the head of its Governance Committee for the past year. He has served as an expert witness in multiple arbitrations, and was the client representative in multiple other arbitrations. He has a master of engineering degree, executive MBA degree, and is currently studying master in law  degree (LLM) in international dipsute resolution with key research of block chain arbitrations.
