The International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (ICADRP) is committed to revolutionizing legal systems in Pakistan and beyond by promoting the institutionalization of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms. Recognizing the challenges faced by the justice system, including delays and inefficiencies, ICADRP aims to supplement existing systems with ADR to provide meaningful access to justice for all.

ICADRP’s vision is to establish an International Centre for ADR to facilitate access to justice, particularly for international investors, women, and marginalized communities, and to promote their participation in ADR processes. By offering a full range of ADR services to individuals, private entities, international investors, and governments, ICADRP seeks to bridge the gap left by the current legal systems and expensive international arbitrations.

Key objectives of ICADRP include institutionalizing ADR, building capacity and infrastructure, ensuring publicity for ADR, introducing efficiencies in legal systems, and promoting women and marginalized communities’ access to justice and their participation in ADR.

Through strategic partnerships, targeted awareness campaigns, and capacity-building initiatives, ICADRP aims to create a sustainable ADR ecosystems. By fostering collaboration between stakeholders and leveraging international best practices, ICADRP strives to enhance access to justice and foster peace both within and beyond borders.

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW25), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
