The International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (ICADRP) is committed to revolutionizing legal systems in Pakistan and beyond by promoting the institutionalization of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms. Recognizing the challenges faced by the justice system, including delays and inefficiencies, ICADRP aims to supplement existing systems with ADR to provide meaningful access to justice for all.
ICADRP’s vision is to establish an International Centre for ADR to facilitate access to justice, particularly for international investors, women, and marginalized communities, and to promote their participation in ADR processes. By offering a full range of ADR services to individuals, private entities, international investors, and governments, ICADRP seeks to bridge the gap left by the current legal systems and expensive international arbitrations.
Key objectives of ICADRP include institutionalizing ADR, building capacity and infrastructure, ensuring publicity for ADR, introducing efficiencies in legal systems, and promoting women and marginalized communities’ access to justice and their participation in ADR.
Through strategic partnerships, targeted awareness campaigns, and capacity-building initiatives, ICADRP aims to create a sustainable ADR ecosystems. By fostering collaboration between stakeholders and leveraging international best practices, ICADRP strives to enhance access to justice and foster peace both within and beyond borders.
