Gulf Mediation is a collective of experienced international mediators committed to the region and professional dispute resolution. Comprised of global leaders in mediation and conflict resolution, Gulf Mediation provides world-class services to commercial parties in the Gulf and internationally.
We combine a knowledge of both the local and the global. With decades of experience in the Gulf, we understand the region's wider context and particular dynamics. Our mediators have decades of experience working with leading companies, institutions and government entities in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.
We also bring our experience working as and with ADR industry leaders shaping global best practices. We are international practitioners with diverse backgrounds positioned to provide world-class, cutting-edge techniques and services.
We remain dedicated to developing mediation in the region by raising awareness, encouraging use, and demonstrating the results that mediation can achieve. Our partners have long been engaged in promoting mediation in the Gulf and are working to ensure the region continues to develop the most effective and innovative dispute resolution required to achieve comprehensive agreements that are fully implemented after resolution is achieved.
