As legal disputes in the built enivroment become more complex and global, the demand for credible, diverse, and specialised expert witnesses has never been higher. This panel will bring together leading voices from RICS, HKA, and the legal community to explore how legal teams can identify, vet, and effectively deploy emerging expert voices in dispute resolution processes.

 

The discussion will explore practical strategies and ethical considerations around building trust in new expert talent, navigating issues like cross-cultural contexts, the increasing use of AI, and leveraging diverse expertise for better dispute outcomes. By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW26), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW26.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW26 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
